Now I am going to show my age. When I was a child, the television only had five channels�eight if you got UHF. By the time I was twelve VCR's were the size of a coffee table and a cell phone was the size of a brick and weighed six pounds. The best selling game console was the Atari 2600. The mall had this cool place called an arcade where you could play Pac Man, Dig Dug, Asteroids, or Space Invaders. Yes, the world has changed a great deal in recent years. But, God has not changed. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His promises have not and will not change. So, no matter what changes, God will forever be the same. Keep serving Him.

• Missions - Vacation Bible School at Temple? What? We are on a mission field here right outside our church! Please pray that we may be able to reach the children and lost in Lewisville and surrounding communities as we prepare for VBS at Temple. VBS will be held on Wednesday nights in June and July.

• This summer the youth will be collecting supplies for the Mission Trip to Jamaica. We will be using arts & crafts supplies to help in Vacation Bible School in Jamaica. We will need crayons, markers, scissors, glue, construction paper, etc. (no colored pencils�we will not have a way to sharpen them) A more complete list will be available at a later time. Stay tuned to the bulletin for more information.

• Please keep in prayer the teens and leaders as they prepare for the Mission Trip. They will be gone August 1st - 10th. Don't forget to pray for the people and communities they will be ministering in as well. Members of the team include: Gina Adams, Lee & Krystal Baker, Ashley Fritz, Donna Manuel, Beth Temples.
